We Greens offers special purchasing options for customers requiring plants, pots, planters and related products in larger quantities.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders are different from regular retail orders and may be subject to separate pricing, quantity requirements, transportation arrangements and commercial terms.
1. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchasing is intended for customers requiring products in larger quantities at special wholesale pricing.
Minimum Wholesale Quantity
The minimum wholesale quantity is generally:
10 units
The applicable minimum quantity and quantity step may vary by product and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
2. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices are separate from regular retail prices.
Wholesale pricing may depend on:
- Product
- Quantity
- Variant/size
- Availability
- Applicable wholesale terms
A wholesale price is applicable only when the order is placed through the designated wholesale purchasing process.
Retail prices, retail discounts or retail promotions should not be assumed to apply to wholesale orders.
3. Wholesale Product Availability
Wholesale availability may vary because plants are living products and stock can change based on:
- Nursery availability
- Season
- Supplier availability
- Product demand
- Quantity required
If the requested quantity is unavailable, We Greens may suggest an alternative or revised quantity.
4. Wholesale Orders and Delivery
Wholesale orders may require different delivery arrangements depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product type
- Delivery location
- Total volume
- Transportation requirements
The standard retail delivery structure of ₹79 below ₹699 / Free Delivery at ₹699+ does not necessarily apply to wholesale orders requiring special transportation.
Any additional transportation charges will be communicated where applicable.
5. Bulk Orders
Bulk Orders are intended for customers with significantly larger requirements.
Minimum Bulk Quantity
Bulk orders generally start from:
50 units
Bulk requirements may include:
- Plants
- Pots & Planters
- Plants + Pots & Planters
Bulk orders are generally handled through a Request for Quote process rather than normal retail checkout.
6. Bulk Quantity Categories
For quotation purposes, customers may be asked to select an approximate quantity such as:
- 50–100
- 101–250
- 251–500
- 501–1,000
- 1,000+
The final quantity may be confirmed during the quotation process.
7. Bulk Pricing
Bulk pricing is quotation-based and may depend on:
- Total quantity
- Product selection
- Product size
- Product availability
- Packaging requirements
- Transportation
- Delivery location
- Loading/unloading requirements
- Special handling
- Installation requirements, where applicable
The final quotation will specify the applicable product and transportation costs.
8. Bulk Transportation
Large bulk consignments may require commercial transportation such as:
- Pickup vehicles
- Mini trucks
- Eicher vehicles
- Other suitable commercial vehicles
The appropriate vehicle may be selected based on the size and nature of the order.
Transportation Charges
Bulk transportation is not covered under the standard ₹79 / ₹699 retail delivery structure.
Transportation charges will be calculated separately and communicated before the bulk order is confirmed.
9. Loading Inspection
Where reasonably feasible, We Greens will inspect products during loading.
The loading process may include checking:
- Product quantity
- Product selection
- Visible condition
- Packaging/handling requirements
This helps reduce the possibility of incorrect or visibly damaged products being dispatched.
10. Unloading Inspection
For bulk deliveries, the customer or authorized representative should inspect the consignment during unloading wherever reasonably possible.
The customer should verify:
- Quantity
- Product selection
- Visible condition
- Any significant transportation damage
Any significant issue should be reported to We Greens immediately or as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Bulk Transit Damage Replacement
We Greens provides special replacement protection for confirmed material damage caused during transportation of eligible Bulk Orders.
If a plant or product is materially damaged during transportation, the affected product will be eligible for complete replacement, subject to product availability and verification.
Examples include:
- Severe breakage
- Plant becoming uprooted
- Significant stem or branch breakage
- Structural damage affecting usability
- Structural damage that materially affects expected plant growth
12. Minor Transit Stress
Minor transit effects are not considered material damage automatically.
These may include:
- Minor leaf bending
- Temporary drooping
- Foliage movement
- Minor superficial marks
- Temporary transportation stress
Such conditions may naturally occur when transporting live plants and do not automatically qualify for replacement.
13. Reporting Bulk Transit Damage
Where material damage is identified, customers should provide:
- Clear photographs
- Clear videos, where available
- Photographs/videos of the packaging
- Quantity of affected products
- Order or quotation details
Where appropriate, We Greens may inspect the products or request additional evidence before approving replacement.
14. Replacement Quantity
Replacement will generally apply only to the confirmed damaged quantity.
For example, if 1,000 plants are delivered and 12 plants are confirmed to have suffered material transit damage, the replacement will normally be limited to those 12 affected plants.
The entire bulk order will not automatically be replaced.
15. Product Unavailability
If the same product is unavailable at the time replacement is required, We Greens may offer:
- A suitable alternative product;
- An alternative quantity;
- Another mutually agreed resolution; or
- A refund where appropriate.
16. Customer-Arranged Transportation
If the customer independently arranges transportation after the products have been handed over to the customer’s transporter or representative, We Greens’ responsibility for subsequent transportation damage may be limited accordingly.
Customers should clarify transportation responsibility before finalizing the order.
17. Bulk Order Cancellation
Because bulk orders may involve advance procurement, preparation, packing and transportation arrangements, cancellation conditions may differ from regular retail orders.
Any cancellation conditions applicable to a particular bulk quotation or confirmed order will be communicated before confirmation.
The general cancellation provisions of our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy will apply unless specific bulk terms have been agreed for the order.
18. Returns and Refunds for Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are generally not eligible for return merely because of:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Product not being suitable for an uncommunicated purpose
- Minor natural variation
- Minor transit stress
Eligible issues will be handled according to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and the specific terms agreed for the bulk order.
19. Wholesale vs Bulk
Generally 10+ units
For clarity:
Wholesale
Designed for customers who want products at wholesale pricing and are able to purchase through the wholesale ordering system.
Bulk
Generally 50+ units
Designed for larger requirements and quotation-based purchasing, with separate transportation arrangements where required.
The two categories may have different pricing, delivery and commercial terms.
20. Special Requirements
Customers should inform We Greens in advance if a wholesale or bulk order requires:
- Specific plant varieties
- Specific sizes
- Specific pot/planter sizes
- Special packaging
- Large planters
- Particular delivery timing
- Installation
- Site-specific requirements
- Other special handling
Special requirements may affect pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
21. Quotations
A bulk quotation may remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
Prices and availability may change after the quotation validity period due to:
- Market conditions
- Nursery availability
- Supplier pricing
- Seasonal changes
- Transportation costs
- Product availability
An order is considered confirmed only after the applicable quotation and payment/order-confirmation requirements have been completed.
22. Bulk Delivery and Installation
Where installation is required, installation charges and scope may be quoted separately.
Installation may depend on:
- Site accessibility
- Number of plants
- Plant/planter size
- Location conditions
- Labour requirements
- Equipment requirements
Any installation included in the quotation will be governed by the agreed project scope.
23. No Automatic Application of Retail Offers
Retail coupons, promotional discounts, free-delivery offers or other retail benefits do not automatically apply to wholesale or bulk orders unless specifically stated.

We Greens may update these Wholesale & Bulk Order Terms from time to time.

For a specific confirmed quotation/order, the commercial terms communicated and accepted for that order may apply.
