Eligible Bhopal orders placed before the applicable same-day cut-off may qualify for same-day delivery.

Same-Day Delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The standard ₹79 / ₹699 delivery structure does not apply to bulk orders.
15. Bulk Transportation and Transit Damage
Large bulk orders may be transported using suitable commercial vehicles depending on the size and quantity of the order.
Products may be checked during loading and unloading wherever feasible.
If a plant or product suffers confirmed material damage during transportation, the affected product may qualify for complete replacement under our applicable Bulk Order Terms.
Eligible examples may include:
- Severe breakage
- Uprooting
- Major stem or branch breakage
- Structural damage affecting usability or expected growth
Minor leaf bending, drooping, superficial marks or temporary transit stress do not automatically qualify for replacement.
