We Greens provides professional greenery solutions for homes, workplaces, commercial spaces and outdoor areas. Our services may include Plant Installation, Corporate Green Solutions, Landscaping, and Garden & Greenery Setup.

These Service Terms explain the general conditions applicable to our project-based services.

Depending on the selected service and agreed project requirements, We Greens may provide:

  • Plant selection and recommendation
  • Plants and planters
  • Placement planning
  • Plant installation
  • Garden setup
  • Greenery arrangement
  • Landscaping work
  • Corporate greenery solutions
  • Other agreed project-specific work

The exact scope of a project will be based on the quotation, proposal or other written confirmation provided for that project.

Before starting a project, We Greens may provide a quotation based on the requirements discussed with the customer.

The quotation may include:

  • Products
  • Plants
  • Pots and planters
  • Installation
  • Labour
  • Transportation
  • Materials
  • Other agreed requirements

The final cost will depend on the agreed scope of work.

If the customer requests changes after the project has been confirmed, the changes may affect:

  • Project cost
  • Materials
  • Plant selection
  • Quantity
  • Timeline
  • Installation requirements

Any significant change may be separately discussed and approved before implementation.

The expected project duration will depend on the size and scope of the project.

Where a specific completion timeline has been agreed, We Greens will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within that timeline.

The timeline may be affected by:

  • Product availability
  • Plant availability
  • Site readiness
  • Weather
  • Transportation
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Unforeseen site conditions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the project site.

Where applicable, the site should be ready for:

  • Delivery
  • Installation
  • Plant placement
  • Planter placement
  • Landscaping work
  • Movement of materials and equipment

Any site-specific restrictions should be communicated to We Greens before work begins.

During an active project, We Greens will take reasonable care of plants and other materials supplied and installed as part of the agreed project.

If a plant is found to be damaged, defective or otherwise unsuitable during the active project period, We Greens may assess the condition and, where reasonably possible, take appropriate corrective action.

This may include replacement of the affected plant where replacement is reasonably possible and applicable to the agreed project scope.

Where a plant supplied and installed as part of an ongoing project becomes damaged or unsuitable during the agreed project execution period, We Greens may replace the affected plant where:

  • The issue is reasonably attributable to the project execution or supplied plant condition; and
  • Replacement is practical; and
  • The replacement falls within the agreed project scope.

Replacement will generally apply to the affected plant rather than the entire project.

A project will be considered completed when the agreed scope of work has been substantially completed and the greenery setup, installation or landscaping work has been handed over to the customer.

The customer may inspect the completed work and communicate any immediately apparent issue relating to the agreed scope.

After the project has been completed and handed over, the ongoing condition and maintenance of the plants and greenery will depend on the environment and care provided at the site.

Any deterioration, damage, plant health issue or other change occurring after project completion and handover will generally fall outside the project’s execution responsibility.

The customer will be responsible for the ongoing care and upkeep of the plants and greenery after handover.

Replacement of plants after project completion is not automatically included in the completed project.

Where a plant requires replacement after handover, the requirement may be evaluated separately based on the circumstances and any specific terms agreed for the project.

Plants are living products and may naturally experience:

  • Leaf loss
  • Yellowing leaves
  • Growth changes
  • Seasonal changes
  • Flowering changes
  • Drooping
  • Pest-related issues
  • Environmental stress

Such changes may occur due to site conditions and ongoing care and do not automatically indicate a defect in the installation or project.

After project completion, customers should provide appropriate care according to the requirements of the plants installed.

This may include:

  • Appropriate watering
  • Suitable light
  • Soil care
  • Fertilization where required
  • Pruning
  • Pest monitoring
  • Suitable environmental conditions

Plant performance after handover may depend significantly on these factors.

Plant performance may be affected by:

  • Sunlight
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Rain
  • Soil conditions
  • Air quality
  • Indoor/outdoor environment
  • Water quality
  • Pest exposure
  • Seasonal changes

These factors may be outside the control of We Greens after project completion.

Where a customer specifically requests a particular plant, variety, size, colour or design, the availability and suitability of that selection may depend on current stock and site conditions.

Where We Greens identifies a significant suitability concern, we may recommend an alternative.

For landscaping and garden projects, the final appearance may naturally change as plants grow and develop.

The project is considered based on the agreed design, installation and scope at the time of completion.

Natural growth after completion may change the appearance of the space over time.

For corporate and commercial projects, the customer or site management team is responsible for providing appropriate access and maintaining suitable site conditions after project handover.

Any additional work requested after completion may be treated as a separate requirement.

Any work requested after the agreed project has been completed may be separately evaluated.

This may include:

  • Additional plants
  • Plant replacement
  • Relocation
  • Additional installation
  • Additional landscaping
  • New planters
  • Changes to the original setup

Any applicable cost will be communicated before the additional work is undertaken.

At project completion, We Greens may provide the customer with relevant information regarding:

  • Installed plants
  • General plant care
  • Placement
  • Product details
  • Other relevant recommendations

The customer is encouraged to follow the provided care guidance after handover.

We Greens will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Plant availability
  • Material availability
  • Transportation
  • Site access
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Unforeseen site conditions
  • Force majeure events

We Greens will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Other unforeseen events

Payment terms for a project will be communicated in the applicable quotation or project agreement.

Depending on the project, payment may involve:

  • Advance payment
  • Milestone payment
  • Balance payment upon completion

The applicable payment schedule will be communicated before project confirmation.

Once a project has been confirmed and materials, plants, labour or transportation have been arranged, cancellation may be subject to the terms communicated in the project quotation or agreement.

Any advance payment already used towards procurement, preparation, transportation or other project expenses may be treated according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.
